Donna J. Wagner Obituary, Cause of Death – Community Mourns Passing of Beloved Mother and Wife
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Donna J. Wagner (Reet), who left us on July 31, 2026, after a life lived with passion, humor, and devotion to her family. Her departure has left a void in the hearts of those who loved her, but her legacy of creativity and warmth will continue to inspire.
Donna was a loving mother whose screeching tires and loud music announced the unforgettable and sometimes embarrassing school drop-offs of her children. She was also a devoted wife who bundled up for fishing trips with her husband, sharing in the simple joys of life together. Meticulously organized and dedicated to her family, Donna was an artist with her words—her sarcasm was her paintbrush, and she created witty and memorable moments with every comment.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph F. Wagner, Jr., and her children, Joseph F. Wagner, III and wife Yuri Wagner (Manteca), and Rebecca J. Wagner (Bush) and husband Joseph Bush. Her legacy of creativity and love lives on in her grandchildren: Kathryn, Joseph, Daniel, and Michael. Donna was also a sister to Penelope, Suzanne, and Thomas (deceased). The kitchens where they all once gathered to create magical tastes for their families are now a little less crowded, yet still overflowing with the scents and memories of every meal shared.
Donna’s life was defined by her passion, her humor, and her unwavering devotion to those she loved. She leaves behind a legacy of laughter, resilience, and cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
